This exciting series of programmes digs deep into Massey Ferguson's film archive, bringing to the screen rare and original films depicting machines from the 1930s right up to the present day.

In this, the fourteenth volume, we explore the range of highly specialised machinery developed by Massey Ferguson to mechanise the sugar cane industry.

Farmers learn how to get the most out of MF equipment in ‘Cultivating for Mechanical Harvesting’ which includes the articulated 1800 and a 1085 with 500 series styling.

The Model 20 Cane Planter is ably assisted by a 165 tractor, before the exotic MF 205 Cane Harvester completes the process.

‘Training for the Men of the Land’ demonstrates a unique international project and our final film takes us behind boardroom doors to discuss Massey Ferguson’s plans for the 70s, complete with previously unseen footage of prototype machines and testing.
